We want you to feel good about trying GlucoVive. That is why every purchase comes with a 60-day money-back guarantee. If GlucoVive is not right for you, you can request a refund of the product price within 60 days of your order date.

What qualifies

The guarantee covers your first order of GlucoVive. We ask that you use the product for at least 30 days before deciding, since that is when most people notice a difference, but the choice is yours. Both opened and unopened bottles from your original order are eligible.

How to request a refund

  2. Give us your order number and the email used at checkout.
  3. We reply with a return address for any remaining bottles.
  4. After we receive them, we issue your refund to the original payment method.

Processing and shipping

Refunds are usually processed within 5 to 7 business days of us receiving your return. Original and return shipping charges are not refundable, and you are responsible for return postage unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.

Damaged or wrong items
